Q. How many guests can the St. James Hotel accommodate?
A. We welcome groups from 2-300 depending on room selections and availability. Please see our room description.

Q. What styles of catering service do you offer?
A. We offer Plated Dinners, Buffets and Hors d’oeuvres Stations. Dinners start at $20 per person. 

Q. May we bring our own wedding cake?
A. Yes, our cake plating service is $1.50 per guest for cutting and service. Please see your coordinator for additional options.

Q. Do you offer decorating services or centerpieces?
A. Some table decorations are available for rent. If you prefer not to have the responsibility of decorating, we’ll gladly suggest a decorator.

Q. Do you offer a children’s menu?
A. Yes, we offer a menu for children age ten and under. Menus and pricing are available upon request.

Q. Do you offer catering off-site?
A. Yes, please consult with the sales department regarding off-site catering of food and beverage services.

Q. May we have our Rehearsal dinner at the St. James Hotel?
A. Yes, we would be happy to help plan any special event for you. The St. James Hotel is the perfect place for showers, rehearsal dinners, gift openings or bridal luncheons, in either our banquet rooms or restaurants.

Q. Does the St. James Hotel offer room blocks?
A. We do our best to accommodate requests for room blocks based on availability. A maximum of 5 rooms can be held for guest reservations.

Q. Where can I purchase gifts for our guests or attendants?
A. The St. James Hotel Shopping Court is perfect for "one–stop shopping." Not to be forgotten – consider gifts certificates available in any denominations, this gift will be remembered long after the visit.
